Lords of Creation was begun in the summer of 2017; last pieces for the album was composed in 2918 and recording was completed later that year, but a few songs had to be rerecorded, and the album was completed in 2019.

Nightsongs was started in 2020 during the lockdown (it was originally to be titles Lockdown), but severe illness (including covid) and several surgeries and a prolonged hospital stay delayed work until late summer of 2021, with recording being completed in 2022.
